Who we are
Deanna C Ward, operating as a sole trader based in Western Australia for the purposes of offering training and coaching products and services.

Personal information
We collect and maintain personal information provided to us by our users, either by the use of sign-up forms on our sites, including registration for events, or information provided at events. This may include for example, name and email addresses for registration of events and for newsletter purposes so that we may contact you regarding the event or news that keeps you up to date with current offers, events, free resources and coaching and training information and ongoing support. Information provided by you is completely voluntary and you have the option to opt out at any time.
Usage and analytics data
Information such as whether you have accessed information, clicked on a link, viewed pages, time and duration of site visits, crash logs, and other information relating to site usage is used for the functionality of our sites and services. When you submit information via the site or leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
For users that register on our sites, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also see and edit that information.
How We Use Your Information
We only want to collect information that allows us to offer you services and products and follow up from our business.
Shipping information
We would only collect your physical address for shipment of physical goods.

If you have already subscribed to our services and you subscribe to a subsequent event, such as a newsletter or offer then your existing details will automatically be updated. If you wish to no longer subscribe to these services and wish your data to no longer be used for these purposes, then you may unsubscribe, and you will no longer receive information from us.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
We might make changes to our privacy policy from time-to-time and you should periodically revisit the policy for any updates. We will also make reasonable effort to notify you of any policy changes, such as via our newsletters or our site. In any case, users who continue to interact with the business following a revision of our privacy policy will automatically be subject to the new terms.
Your Responsibility to Safeguard Your Data
Please be careful to protect the personal information that you submit on any of our sites including our online courses and discussion forums and associated social media groups— do not disclose your passwords, usernames, location, images, and videos so that third parties can manipulate your accounts or assume your identity. Some social media platforms have different ownership rights and use your data in other ways. This business cannot be responsible for the terms of use of these sites. Where you participate in online groups on social media platforms, please do not disclose information that is sensitive or could cause damage to yourself, the business, or others. Be respectful at all times of the information that you are sharing and do not divulge information into the public domain that could cause any misuse of that information by another third party.
Information on our sites may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you visit the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that site.
